Everything you need to know about TWICE 2.0 pricing.
A Compute Unit (CU) is consumed when TWICE 2.0 performs automated work on your behalf — such as generating a PDF contract, completing a workflow step, sending a workflow-triggered email, or creating an automated task. Manual actions by users in the UI do not consume CUs.
Each location contributes its allowance to a shared account-level pool. So 3 locations give you 3,000 CU, 30,000 API calls, and 30 GB of storage to use however makes sense across your whole operation — no wasted allowances siloed to specific locations.
When you choose annual billing, the base location fee drops from 99€/month to 69€/month — a 30% saving. Usage overages and platform tier fees are billed monthly regardless of billing cycle. You'll be invoiced annually for the base fees and monthly for any variable usage.
Yes. You can upgrade tiers immediately and the difference is prorated. Downgrading takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Enterprise contracts are negotiated separately and include custom SLAs.
The commission applies to payments processed through the TWICE 2.0 integrated payment infrastructure. If you use external payment providers via direct integration, standard API rates apply but no TWICE commission is charged.
